Indiana Jones

Created by George Lucas, Raiders of the Lost Ark exploded onto cinema screens in 1981. 

depicting the adventures of a fictional professor of archaeology, Dr. Henry Walton "Indiana" Jones, Jr. Harrison Ford was cast as the daring young professor. The first film was followed by a prequel then a sequel.

A prequel tv series was spawned in 1992 detailing The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, before two further films were released featuring the character’s later adventures. Along the way we meet various family members including his father portrayed by Sean Connery.

The franchise remains popular today with many highly desired toys, games and collectables being released to celebrate the adventure series.
